Rubber conveyor belts
Plain, cleated and chevron. High abrasion, flame resistant, oil resistant and antistatic grades.

Rubber belts for continuous conveying of grain, fertilizer, ore, sand, wood chips and other bulk materials, on horizontal and inclined conveyors.
We supply belts with high abrasion, flame resistant, oil resistant and antistatic covers, according to the material and the environment. For inclined conveyors there are cleated belts in several profiles: straight cleats, V cleats and tractor-tread type, among others.

Frequently asked questions
When should I use a cleated belt?
On inclined conveyors, when the material tends to roll back or slide on a plain belt. Cleats (straight, V or tractor-tread type) hold the load on the way up.
What changes in flame, oil and antistatic grades?
The rubber compound of the cover. Flame resistant slows the spread of fire, oil resistant handles oily grain and materials without swelling, and antistatic prevents static build-up in dusty areas. The choice depends on the material and local regulations.
How do I choose the number of plies?
It depends on the working tension of the conveyor: width, length, load and power. With the equipment data we recommend the correct specification.
